Dramatically pieced by Popocatepetl and a host of similarly impressive volcanoes, this region is the hearthland of the Aztecs empire. After soaking up the atmosphere of the Cholula pyramids and the Spanish colonial city of Puebla, we begin our trek into Orizaba National park.Over the next days we will cross high passes and plateaux, descend into hidden valleys,relax in natural springs and climb to the 4,100 meters summits of the Perote and Malinche Volcanoes.The best highland trek combined with authentic and remote mexican culture. No previous experience is needed. Neither adventures selvAzul nor its owners, personnel, or agents shall be responsible for any damage, injuries, losses or expenses due to any cause whatsoever. A signed liability release will be required from every participant acknowledging and assuming the inherent risks involved with these trips. Adventures selvAzul reserve the right to alter the itinerary transfer or cancel a trip in the event of inhospitable conditions or insufficient booking. The minimums to allow the trip are 8 participants. |
